SALES TAX Sales Tax is due on non-food items ordered by California Residents and shipped to a California address. Sales Tax added to the California resident's order will be based upon the sales tax rate for the county in which the California Resident lives. A $25.00 FEE will be assessed for checks or charges returned for any reason. We cannot accept COD orders. INCORRECT ADDRESS: We cannot ship to PO Boxes. Orders must have a STREET ADDRESS which matches the USPS postal delivery database. All orders must have both the telephone number of the purchaser and the recipient on the order. Please check your recipient address carefully to make sure it is correct. Postal and delivery services will not forward. We guarantee delivery only to the addresses we are given. If we are charged a $5.00 address correction charge by UPS, the address correction charge will be charged to the credit card used for the order. We are not responsible for reshipment of orders to your new address if you move without notifying us, OR if you provide us with an incorrect address. Please notify us of your new or changed address 30 days in advance of your move. VACATION "HOLDS" / SUSPENSION OF Salsa2U™ MONTHLY SHIPMENTS: Salsa2U™ Monthly Club Members must notify us if they wish to place a one month "Vacation Hold" or one month shipping suspension on their membership. You must notify us 30 days in advance of any vacation holds or suspension. You may either e-mail us or call us at 1-888-Salsa2U to place a one month hold. UPS UNCLAIMED SHIPMENTS All shipments returned to us marked "undeliverable" will be reshipped at the purchaser or Current Member's expense after the Member responds to a notification of returned shipment with a confirmation of the correct mailing address. Salsa2U is not responsible for the cost of reshipping any unclaimed, or returned shipments which are shipped to the current address in our database. To avoid incurring the expense of returned shipments, please notify us 30 days in advance of any change in your mailing address. DAMAGED PRODUCTS: You must notify us immediately via email or phone 1-888-Salsa2U (725-7228) to report damaged shipments so that we can properly process a claim with the shipping company. If you receive a shipment which has been damaged in transit by the shipping company please VERY CAREFULLY REMOVE any items which can be saved, place the box in a plastic bag, and retain the box. The shipping company may ask to examine the damage to the box and contents, and will contact you soon to examine the box.
