Many Salsa2U™ recipes are based upon a recipe provided by the salsa manufacturer. However, we frequently modify these recipes in the Salsa2U test kitchen based upon the response of our taste panel.

DIRECTIONS:
• 1-1/2 lbs Tri tip or sirloin, cut into 4-6 pieces
• 1 Jar Texas Wild Salsa (Habanero or Picante)

Sear meat in lightly oiled skillet about 3 minutes per side, until brown. Place browned meat into crock pot (slow cooker) and add jar of Texas WIld Salsa. Cook at 300 degrees for 5-6 hours, until meat is tender. Portion meat for individual servings. Serve with garlic mashed potatoes and carrots.
