DIRECTIONS: • 1 Lb- Velveeta® Cheese • 3/4 Cup- Hombres Chipotle Salsa • 1/2 Lb- chorizo sausage Cut cheese into cubes and place in microwavable serving dish. Add salsa and cook in microwave for about 2 minutes stirring every 30 to 45 seconds until cheese is melted. Meanwhile brown chorizo sausage and place on paper towel to drain. Add chorizo to cheese salsa mixture. Serve over Salsa2U tortilla chips or with a bowl of chips. Enjoy!
